Okay, we have been very very busy this month. So much so, I am unable to send you a proper newsletter for January. But don't worry, I will make up for the missing edition in February.
Right now we are preparing for the Salon de l'Amour et de la Seduction. This 3-Day "Sex Show" brings you awesome burlesque entertainment, fashion show, dungeon workshops and of course seminars with the Joy Toyz grrlz :)
This year we return to offer fun workshops by Velma Candyass and myself.
"Striptease and Burlesque 101" Want to learn striptease or burlesque but don't know where to begin? Or
do you just need a little boost of self-confidence? This fun-filled
workshop is led by Velma Candyass, Joy Toyz instructor and choreographer
of the Montreal-based Dead Doll Dancers. Her comedic, innovative style
of performance has made her a household name in the Montreal, Boston and
Las Vegas neo-burlesque and cabaret scenes. Her focus on 'real bodies'
has allowed women of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities to embrace
and enjoy this technique.
"Practical Guide to Sex Toys 101" Choosing the right sex toy is not always as simple as it seems. With so
many choices out there, where do you begin? Learn how to pick out sex
toys based on targeted pleasure zones, the dangers of certain materials
in sex toys and how to avoid them, and how to introduce a partner to the
idea of using sex toys for the first time. Joy Toyz president, Phuong
Ly, provides an in-depth guide to help you bring a little extra fun in
the bedroom.
