'GIVE A LITTLE AND GET A LOT'- How this simple Principle Can Cause
A Crowd of People to Market Your Business To The World!

Hi again and welcome to another exciting Marketing Tip of The Week.

Over the past months I've received many email messages and faxes
from readers asking me to address and write about some of the
problems they are having.

Over the next few tips, I'll be addressing and writing about more
of them.

It seems that most of them have one thing in common.  

They need a quick cure for their pressing business headaches, and
most of these problems fall into one of three categories.

1.	Too little cash flow.
2.	Too few new customers and leads.
3.	Too much inventory at the end of the season.

I'll be writing about concepts and ideas that will address all of
the above over the next few issues, and as I do, please utilize
them in your business or practice.

These will be just quick fixes that I'll be writing about.  

You still need to master the concepts in my book in order to create
a long-term business.

In this issue, let's look at how the principle "Give A Little, Get
A Lot" can help you generate more customers and more cash.


In a prior issue I went over Press Releases.  Before you delve into
this tip, please re-read that issue.

When you tie your sale to a good cause, many people will trade with
you for just that reason.

And remember, most types of charities have a strong following. They
also have many volunteers working to help them, and these
volunteers will help get the word out about what a great business
you run.

Regardless of the type of business you have, this concept will help
create more and more new customers for you.

Here's what you do.

I'll use a restaurant as an example and you can massage this
concept to fit your type of business.

As a restaurant owner, you can contact a charity and send them a
letter extolling the virtues of what they do, and make them an
offer.

This offer could be a dinner promoted by the charity, whereby you
will donate 50% of the proceeds to the charity.

Plus, for one month following the dinner, you will donate 10% of
your profit to the charity.

It works like crazy, and once the customer comes in you have them
for life.

You can do this with any non-profit organization.  All you have to
do is contact them and make them an offer.

And guess what, remember I mentioned earlier about the many
volunteers that help that charity?

They also will become future paying customers.

When you tie your sales to a worthy cause, you can make a ton of
money and do something really worthwhile at the same time.  Besides
generating some quick cash, you'll really feel good about yourself.
