Hey ...
In this email, you will find a URL that reveals
electrifying live footage that tackles the most
crippling and debilitating disease in the online
business world.
See...
After having *personally* reviewed hundreds of
client sites over the last 6 years, there's a
common denominator of problems that I've seen
and which I believe stop online businesses in
their tracks.
This disease stops entpreneurs, small business
and even large businesses from growing online.
While most merchants pump their chests about
how wonderful, great and superior their tool
is -- the tool doesn't do the thinking for
you nor does it make the daily decisions that
creates ultimate success.
So having the baddest keyword research tool,
website builder, SEO software doesn't mean
squat unless you have the mindset and the
habits to make it work.
I mean someone has got to push the buttons on
the computer to make things happen and this
usually requires some decision making process.
And that's where things get all messed up.
Common sense...
If the person using a mighty powerful tool
doesn't use it like the folks having all the
success, frustration ensues and progress is
halted.
As you read each one of the common problems,
mentally check off each one that applies to
your current busines situation.
Resolve to take action to correct the situation
one way or the other:

1. SUPER BIG MISTAKE #1
Picking the wrong niche market or industry
that doesn't contain rabid, repeat buyers
=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
There are some online niche markets where it's slim
pickins, yet some folks think that because there's
extremely little competition, they'll clean up.
(cough!) Extremely rare.
It's already a dog-eat-dog world out there, and...
Fact is, the smaller the niche market is, the less
pie there is for everyone to share (including
you).
And most often, there are less things to offer
your visitors the smaller a niche market is.
It only makes sense that if you have more service
or product options to create commerce with, the
better you chances at higher profits and revenues.
EXAMPLE: The best example of a market with
rabid, repeat buyers is the Mobile Handheld
Software Market.
I know this through personal experience as I
have purchased over 22 different mobile software
applications for my Windows Smart Phone from
Handango.
And I can guarantee you that I will purchase
many many more applications for my phone in
the future.
Now take this example and ask yourself if the
market you are in provides you with rabid,
repeat buyers that will continue to do business
with you for years to come.
Or, does a visitor purchase one thing from you
and the cycle is done and over.
Problem here is that you constantly have to
keep creating NEW customers -- and the old
addage in marketing is, your current customers
are you best customers.

2. SUPER BIG MISTAKE #2
Monetizing the niche market the wrong way
=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
You've heard the phrase that there are so many
different ways to skin a cat. Well...
In the live footage below, you will encounter
a REAL example of an entrepreneur setting up
his site the wrong way in the travel business.
The whole domain was wrong and the angle of attack
was going to face utter defeat.
I redirected this individual to focus on grabbing
the visitors attention right before they were
booking their vacations for a specific spot.
Unfortunately, this gentleman had it all wrong
and was heading toward that dreaded sign post of
"No Progress."
Solved right here:

3. SUPER BIG MISTAKE #3
Not building a base of repeat visitors
through the use of Permission Based Email
Marketing (a mailing list is an ASSET)
=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
I'll personally admit that I would be out of
business if I had no mailing list.
I learned a personal, valuable lesson in 2005
when I created over 22+ million visitors to a
number of different niche sites in various
topics and categories.
But of those 22+ million visitors, I failed
to implement a way of capturing those visitors
email information so I could keep in touch
with them, give them updates.
Basic fact: once your site visitors leave,
99.9% chance they are gone, never to return.
In the live footage, I walk the client through
step-by-step how to create a highly effective
web page to get folks to give up the name and
email address. It's appropriately called a
Squeeze Page:

4. SUPER BIG MISTAKE #4
Failure to use clear, concise and powerful
web copy that creates an unstoppable desire
in the visitor to take an action
=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
Now imagine for a moment how you surf the web.
We all have distractions throughout the day.
Dog barking.
Phone rings.
Just the same, our...
Website visitors in any niche market are fickle,
they are click happy and looking for the info,
product or service that will satisfy their itch
FAST.
Question is whether your web copy has the mojo
to wake the visitor up out of their click trance
and precisely address your visitor's needs.
Address the problem and deliver the solution or
they are out of there.
People don't have time to mess around here.
Point blank...
If each web page doesn't tell the visitor within
3 seconds something incredibly powerful that
they are going to get from reading onward, they
are OUT OF THERE!
This is one of the reasons you will never see
the following on anyone of my corporation's
website...
"Welcome to our site! This site is about...
bla bla bla!" OMG!
Yawn (thump -- my head just hit the table --
snore).
No!
You'll find that my writing is constantly focused
on the visitors issues and speaking to their
issues and problems and how they can be solved
right now (in 3 seconds flat).
When I speak in my emails, in my web copy and
anything that flows from my mouth, I speak to
you and directly to you.
There is no one else in our conversation and
it's like our own private, intimate discussion.
Sure, I bring myself up in appropriate situations
and examples. But...
I realize 99.99999% of the world could care
less who I am, but most people really do care
about themselves.
And when I focus on the selfishness of my web
visitors, their problems, their woes, trying to
*relate* to them in a human sorta way, it's
quite hynpotic and explains why I've been able
to build a $3.7 million dollar business.
Perhaps you've already encountered what I'm
discussing by reading my writings. Thing is...
It took me about 2 years to understand this and
about 2 years to master the art of the writing
style.
So I tackle that issue in the live footage as
well:
http://www.nichebot.com/blog/615/the-live-show/
And if you need further required reading about
this topic, you can go to Google and type in:
"write like you speak"
You'll see my article at the very top there.
=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
5. SUPER BIG MISTAKE #5
Failure to end each and every web page
with ONE specific "Call to Action"
=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
At the end of most each and every book, you
will find a simple phrase that marks the
conclusion with something like:
"THE END"
This tells us to stop reading, close the book
and move on.
The same law must apply to each and every web
page.
But rather than sharing with the visitor that
their journey has ended, the end is where you
must tell the visitor how to continue the
experience on your site.
You are the master of your domain.
Without any direction at the end of the web page,
our visitor scrolls back up to the top, finds
another link to click and is now off track in
the process of getting the right information
in the right order to make a proper decision.
The visitor has now taken themselves out of
the rhythym and flow of getting close to making
a decision of doing business with you.
More than likely, when a visitor jumps around
a site, they often click the "X" and leave with
zero relationship started.
How many web pages have you seen that end the
page with no call to action, no direction, no
sign of what the visitor should do next?
This is like having an actual retail store with
salespeople that don't actually tell the customer
how to make the purchase today.
What a crime!
Problem solved:
