Those verses right there prove that Jesus Christ is God
and that he came down to earth as man to teach us the

Getting started in real estate is definitely 
one of  the toughest hills to climb.
 
In the beginning, you're trying to navigate
unknown territory and you realize that there
are obstacles that you've never heard or
seen in your life. 
 
These obstacles have the ability to control
you or have the ability to be controlled by
you and at the end of the day you will be 

faced with an ultimate decision. 

 
Do you give up, stop climbing, and simply slide
down the hill? After all,  it's easier to slide down
a hill than it is to climb up one...
 
The other question you have to ask yourself is, 
Do I continue climbing up this hill in order to 
reach the top?
 
Meaning, you'll have to take control of these
obstacles and do whatever it takes to get past
them. 
 
Let's be honest with each other...
 
Part of the reason that people quit when it comes
to real estate is because they're not making enough
money, if any at all. 
 
It's not because they're phone is being flooded with
calls from home owners in need. It's not because their
buyers list is too big and they're selling more homes than
they can handle...
 
Heck, that would be a good thing. lol 
 
However, the problem is that they haven't been able
to position themselves to profit and they're investing
so much TIME into trying to make that happen... 
 
They're listening to Gurus who tell them, 
 
You got to have a huge buyers list!
or 
 You need to have a ton of properties! 
or 
You need to have access to private money! 

or  
You need this or that... blah blah blah
 
 Listen ... 
 
I'm not here to tell you that having a huge buyers list, 
a ton of properties, or access to some private money
can't make you money in real estate. 
 
It definitely can... 
 
However, I am here to tell you that if you find yourself
spinning your wheels trying to chase after this, you might
end up making that ultimate decision... and taking the slide. 
 
At the end of the day... 
 
If you truly want to get paid in real estate 

every time,you need to have a solution... 

 
Solutions are what attract buyers with problems...
 
Solutions are what attract sellers with problems and properties
 
Solutions are what will allow you to use that private money at will. 
 
I've said it time after time, the formula for profiting in any
business, whether it be real estate or something else is: 
 
Problem + Solution = Profit$
 
Help a buyer with a problem (Can't find good deals), and you can get paid!
 
Help a seller with a problem (Needs To Sell vs. Wants to Sell) and you can get paid!
 
Show the Private Money Investor the problem (You need money to close) and how 
they can be a solution (Which makes them money). You'll get the money and you'll also 
get paid!
 
Honestly, I don't deal too much with private money
because the strategy that I use doesn't call for it.
 
However, I definitely deal with buyers and sellers 

who have problems that I can solve. 

 
The only way I can solve these 
problems is with my solution.
