Picnic and Talent Show

Join us this Sunday for our annual picnic on the grounds and our first annual talent show. Come see your fellow parishioners share with us their interesting talents! Food will be provided by our men's fellowship. If you would like to enter an entry into our bake-off bring your cake or other specialty to the fellowship hall before the worship service. We look forward to a great time together.

Supplies for Faustina
In May, our own Faustina Appiah is returning home to Ghana. Canned meats - Sardine/Mackerel/Corned Beef/Tuna

Coffee & Conversation

Join us on Thursday mornings from 10:00 - 11:30 in the parlor for coffee and fellowship.

Facebook

If you are on Facebook, you can keep up with what is happening "between Sundays" on our Facebook page. First, go to our page and "Like" us. However, just liking us does not mean that you will see everything we post. Each of our Facebook posts only goes to about 2% of the people who like our page. To make sure you see everything, after you like us, go to the pull-down menu on the "Like" button and click "Get Notifications." This way everything that we post will show up on your own Facebook wall.

Ron Pearson Memorial
This Sunday we will commemorate the life of our friend and brother, Ron Pearson, by laying a stone in his memory in the fountain garden as part of our worship service.

Interfaith Earth Day Panel
You are invited to gather with people of many faiths on Wednesday, April 22nd at 6:30 PM, at the Friends Quaker Meeting House (823 N A St, Lake Worth, FL) for Spirituality and the Environment: an Interfaith Panel Discussion sponsored by the Quakers, Lake Worth Interfaith Network, and the Network of Spiritual Progressives.

Day of Silent Meditation

2015 Scholarship Applications

We are now accepting applications for the 2015 College scholarship. The scholarship is for members of First Congregational Church of Lake Worth who are beginning or continuing college or vocational education. You can find the guidelines and application here or pick up a copy at the church campus.

Online Giving

Have you explored the opportunity of electronic giving? You can choose to have a set amount taken from your bank account on a regular basis or you can make a one (or more) time gift by checking account or credit card on our website. Your regular electronic giving means that your gift is available for ministry even when you are away (or forgot your checkbook!). Thank you for your continued support of the ministry of First Congregational Church!
