Problems cannot be solved by the level of awareness that created
them?

It is something so true, and I had the chance to experience it
first hand a couple of weeks ago. I also learned something out of
this. Problems cannot be solved by the level of awareness that
created them!
 
I had a conflict with my girlfriend, I don't remember what it was
about that is not the point. I could remember that in the anger I
could not understand and find a solution to the problem.
 
I went in the bedroom and lied down on the bed and did the Love
Meditation of sending love. I did it for several hours. Sending
love has the benefit of expanding my awareness because I was no
longer at the level that the problem was created, I could see and
understand what it was all about. I received great insights about
the situation.

Another thing that happens when sending love like this for a long
period of time is that my girlfriend was receiving the energy, and
it also helped her in some ways. When I saw my girlfriend it was
like nothing happened. My vibration had changed to a much more
positive level. There was no longer a reason to keep the anger in
either of us. Conflict was solved as I understood what it was all
about and radiate healing love energy. Basically, changing my level
of awareness to a higher point helped me to understand the problem
and solve it.

How can you use this?  Well, very easy, if you are in a situation,
and you do not understand it and cannot solve it. Relax, go in a
quiet state of mind, let go of your current train thoughts. Focus
your awareness on appreciation. Appreciation is the neglected
secret formula to raise your vibration. When you will be in a
higher state of mind, it will be easier to see a solution to your
