My dearest new friends - Thank you so much for your amazing
strength  and unwillingness to give up fighting for your homes - it
takes great determination and strength to win this battle but you
can do it, stay focused, stay organized and see the end goal in sight!! 

I know that God has put us in each other's paths to fight our
personal battles together and feed off of the positive energy of
each other.  I am personally inspired  and  my heart is touched by
each of you and I am so happy with our forum.
 
My fight with ovarian cancer since last mothers day 2009 is still
winning too! Tests came back negative this last time, every day it
is a battle trying to eat right, get outside, not have stress, and
not think about the possibility of a relapse, and believe it
myself, I know about that little lingering doubt that sets in!!!!!!
... I am very grateful to be alive today especially when I read
about the statistics - 

Facing the possibility of death really makes you revaluate your
life and your priorities and I really feel that God has given me a purpose and
path to follow, and that is to help as many people as I can not
only to fight for their homes but to remind them that they are NOT
alone, and that the Holy Spirit is right there waiting for you to
remember to come to him and not travel life's journey relying on
only your self but relying on God - and if God can heal my cancer
helping you in your trials (no pun intended) can be accomplished
with faith and belief as well as gratitude, like it has already
taken place.  Out of this gratitude it is that this site was born. 

Please make sure to post your questions on the forum as the ONLY
purpose of this site is that by helping one we can help many others
that may be going through the exact same thing as you are.  When
asking my opinion on HAMP or NPV please include the following as it
is helpful for me to have this if you are asking for my help:

Gross income
Principal balance
Approximate value ( I use www.eppraisal.com)
Current payment
Investor and lender
Trial payment if you had one
Monthly property tax
Monthly insurance

I am committed to fighting for justice - and I hope everyone takes
me up on my request to send me a letter about what you have been
through so together, not alone we can make a difference for others
to fight this battle and win, without so much heartache and fear.
 
Please send me your letters address to your lender - detailing
every problem you have had trying to get a modification done to
save your home -- I want all the details and when I can gather at
least 100 letters, I want to help get them to political leaders and
try to bring about changes.
