7 ways to start

So we survived the 200mile drive to Devon on Saturday.


In true fashion 6 yr old was asking "How much longer?" after about 30mins,

and a dozen times further.......the eldest at 9 insisted on Now 87

being played most of the time, and quite worrying

to hear the words "You can touch my boddddyyy"  coming from her

mid song?!?!!?


Anyhooooo.......


One thing many people struggle with is breakfast.

If you've read your "The Formula" ebook you'll no cereals 

and wheat products regular are a no-no for fat loss, energy and health.


So, here's my favourite 7 breakfasts I rotate

Remember, it's only 7, but before you made changes, 

how many breakfast options did you have? 

Maybe different cereals and toast?!!


1- Greek Yoghurt, berries (I use defrosted frozen blueberries as good all year)

some nuts (almond, brazils etc)


2 - The legendary protein pancakes - great for the whole family.


3 - Poached eggs and good bacon on rye toast


4- Omelette with some spinach, feta, tomatoes 


5 - Scrambled eggs, few baked beans, rye toast, bacon


6 - Wheat Free muesli with Koko milk and added nuts


7 - A DECENT smoothie can be another option like this

personally I'd never have "juices" or shop/innocent smoothies

for a meal, just not enough nutrients in.
