Eat what you want

Are biscuits bad?
No.

Is chocolate bad?
No.

Is Alcohol bad?
No.

Is cake bad?
No.

The only bad things are snakes, Formula One, deep water and Katie Hopkins!

See lots of people, and it's through mindset,
eat something bad and feel they've ruined
their "plans".

The only time this is the case is when the above
starts to become regular occurrences,
or daily - often because you haven't
planned, or don't have a plan/focus.

This then becomes a habit.

Once or twice a week isn't going
to be an issue - you maybe even
need to allow these to happen,
otherwise you stretch your willpower
too much, and it will fail you.

Willpower is like your mobile phone battery,
(possibly) starts the day full,
but with use it starts to drain.

So don't beat yourself up over such things,
just make sure you KNOW you're
letting yourself have these things,
but also, that you have a daily/weekly
plan in place for food etc.

To help out, I've attached 5 soup
recipes you might find handy.

Have a  good one!
