Hi all,
I hope you are all enjoying your summer so far. Cali has started staying at her mom's most of the week during summer, so I am adjusting to not having a kid by me 24/7. Sure do miss her though. But, I have a feeling I'm going to turn around and it will be August already! Wishing you lots of sunshine and relaxing days...

The Big Update is Here
For all of you who have been waiting, the latest Design Studio update is here. You can get it at http://www.cricut.com/cds/Update.aspx. Notice there are two download buttons now. One is for the software update and one is under "font packs". The directions are there on the web page, but you may also want to review this video (click here) that has additional info that is not on the Cricut site.

 Have you heard of Jessica Sprague? Her computer tips are published in her own column in Creating Keepsakes magazine. She now has an amazing site for anyone interested in digital scrapbooking, or even just using your computer to enhance your regular pages. The exciting news is that she is offering a completely f-r-e-e two week class on photo editing.

Photo Editing: Frame Ups and Special Effects
Class Starts July 6th, but enrollment is June 22-28 (mark those calendars)

If
you haven't checked out the manual for the Cricut Design Studio you
can read about it here. It is a 50 page downloadable
manual with screenshots and links to a FULL HOUR of how to videos.
