Happy Monday

It is another Monday already.  Time is flying faster and faster.
I trust your weekend was a great one!

As for myself,I spent much of the weekend holed up in the conference room at the local Caribou (aka "The Antlers") drink lots of exxpresso and writing and writing and writing and reading and reading and writing.  You get the idea.

Jodie and I did relax at night and watched "The Green Zone" which was pretty good, but I had better hopes for it.  After seeing Inception in IMAX several  weeks ago, not many movies compare well.

The plus side was that I had a great oatmeal stout beer. Hmmmm.

Despite what you have heard, an occasional beer will not destroy all of your fitness gains.

Note that I said occasional and not a 6 pack a night.

And make sure it is good beer, not some piss water 62 calorie crap.
Ok, enough ranting on beer!

Motivational Monday
I am always interested in what motivates people.

Why do some make it to the gym 4-7 times a week, despite crazy schedules?

How do some make progress with super busy lives?

Maybe what we know about motivation both in and out of the gym is all wrong?
