So I turned 28 today...and although my age says I'm older...I can tell you with 100% certainty and honesty that the me today could drop the bottom out of the me when I was 23!!!

We won't simply focus on aesthetics...we address performance gains as well.

I've discussed the value of De-Loading, and how we use a good de-load week every fifth week on the SWOLE System...
Well, the thing about De-Loading is, there are tons of different ways to do it!!!
For a while I have been simply taking the steps below to de-load...
Take out accommodated resistance work out of the core lift (no bands or chains)
Cut volume of Supplemental and Accessory work by 1/2 or as much as 2/3's
