Drug Company found GUILTY!
Global pharmaceutical giant Pfizer Inc. was ordered to pay $72.6 million yesterday to 3 women who developed breast cancer after taking the company's "menopause relief" drugs.
Just yesterday in Philadelphia a jury decided that Pfizer's synthetic hormone therapy drugs (Prempro, Premarin and Provera) were responsible for causing cancer. This is GROUNDBREAKING NEWS. And is exactly what I stated in my book (DISCOVER HEALTH)!
The women were al in their 60's... some had taken the "drugs" for as little as 2 years and some as long as 11 years. None had breast cancer in their family's health history.
More than 6 million women have used the prescription drugs (Prempro, Premarin and/or Provera) and the darn drugs are still on the market today and prescribed by numerous un-educated doctors. Over 10,000 lawsuits have been brought against Pfizer concerning their "hormone drugs" and they had already settled out of court for $330 million! In May of this year the company "set-aside" an additional $772 million to help cover an etsimated 8,000 additional lawsuits. In June of this year Pfizer paid 3 Nevada women $58 Million in damages.
Doesn't all this sound like the company KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT IT'S "HORMONE DRUGS" DO? And yet the wonderful FDA still allows them to produce and sell cancer causing agents. And thousands of doctors throughout the US still prescribe cancer causing drugs and never bother to tell their patients!
If you, or a loved one, is on Premarin, Provera, or Prempro... do what you can to educated them and get them off of these drugs. They are NOT HORMONES.. they ARE DRUGS! There is a HUGE DIFFERENCE!
Pharmaceutical company's love to promote their "hormones" to doctor's who then prescribe "hormones" for their patients. The problem is THEY ARE NOT HORMONES!!!!!!!!!!
Each hormone has a particular molecular structure that is naturally occuring in the human body. Drug company's like Pfizer actually alter that molecular structure... give it a fancy new name... package it and promote it to doctor's ... the doctor's don't bother to do their own "due diligence" and research it ... but instead prescribe it to their female patients... the patient "take the drug" thinking it's a hormone...but because it's structure has been altered it does not communicate correctly in the human body... and this is what can CAUSE CANCER.
Don't accept putting in altered versions of what is naturally occuring!
