About Marian

Marian Morgan is a Professional Executive Business Coach offering services worldwide, and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) licensed in the State of Florida.

Marian will tell you: "That's what I do; however, 'who I am' is a life-long learner who has responded to a calling." Marian's clients benefit not only from her years of academic and professional education, but also from her professional and practical experiences, and hard-earned wisdom.

"I've been told I have the unique ability to 'hear' between the lines when clients speak, 'see' what they cannot view about themselves, and 'express it' in ways they can hear and use."

To learn about the results Marian's clients get, read some of her success stories. If you would like to find out how coaching with Marian could work for you, schedule your 28 minute "Get-Acquainted" phone call here.

If you know someone who would be interested in receiving her Success eNewsletter, please forward and have them click here.

Dear ,

I am super excited to announce my new look, and I am not talking about the short hairdo!

Instead, I am referring to my brand new website and newsletter. The redesign, actually more like a reinvention, has been one Herculean task. Please check out the site when you have a moment. It is a work in progress and I would love to know what you think.

I am also pleased to announce I was awarded a new corporate consulting assignment starting in January. I will give you the 411 on that next month.

December's Tip

As I end the year looking forward, I am still compelled to look back. Here is a fantastic "Remembering and Completing" exercise I use at the end of each year, authored by David Allen of "Getting Things Done." I have achieved amazing outcomes as a result of completing this one-pager. Click here to download.

As you approach the end of the year, take a moment to acknowledge yourself not only for the successes you have had but also for those circumstances that led to "lessons learned."

It is typically well-leveraged mistakes and failures that lead to enormous spikes in one's personal and professional life. I speak from experience! Savor those moments and take time to appreciate yourself in ways that only you can.

Say NO to New Year's Resolutions Lists

Do you successfully achieve your New Year's Resolutions year in and year out? Maybe you just don't believe in them?

If you are more like the rest of us you create a list and end up ditching it before February is even a memory. Maybe you have become so frustrated by your failed NYR's, that you've given up on the entire enterprise.

If so, you will really love what I have planned for you in January's newsletter. Instead of the tired old talk about creating a list of New Year's Resolutions that ends up in the trash, you will definitely appreciate my new approach: "New Year's (re)Solutions." I have my "one" already picked out. That's right. No list. Just one.

Your "Coaching Moment" for December is to come up with just one item if accomplished in 2012, it will make a huge difference for you professionally or personally. It doesn't have to be anything big. Just something important to you. When I share mine with you next month, you might think, huh? But it's a big deal for me.

Don't do anything about it now. Just write it down somewhere. (I entered mine into my calendar the day I picked it.)
Think about it from time to time. I will give you the next step in January's Success eNewsletter.

Until then, I wish you a peaceful heart and a wonderful holiday season. There is a lot to be grateful for.

Marian

PS: I will be back in touch with you the second week of January. If you have any suggested book titles to add to my reading list, please let me know!
