Complaints - MDR Workshop

The Biomedical Consortium is pleased to offer a January 9, 2012 workshop on the subjects of dealing with medical device complaints and required MDR reporting to the FDA.

Presenters will be Richard Roy, Senior MDR Manager, Medtronic CRDM, and Milissa Michurski, Compliance Officer, Minneapolis District, FDA.  Sharon Kapsch, MDR Division, CDRH, has been invited for a call-in.

Take advantage of this great opportunity for workshop participants to find out what the medical device industry should be doing about complaints and what is required by the FDA.

January Program Meeting - Alternatives to "Training" as CAPA Default Response & MNASQ Community Service Project Kick-Off

Please join us at Rose Vine Hall in Roseville on Tuesday January 10th to kick-off the new year and our new Community Service Project.  First, Jay Sykes will discuss alternatives to "training" as a CAPA response and how to leverage CAPA for continuous improvement and strategic advantage.  Then Kristine Reed of Be the Match will introduce the MNASQ's Community Service Project.
