CLARITY: What Do YOU Believe?
The great thing about hanging around with lots of coaches is that we get front row seats to eachother's brilliant brainstorms, and that's happening right now thanks to my friend Dani Fake Webb over at Destination: Life!
Dani's leading the July "I Believe" Challenge, a free, month-long exploration into what we each believe about 31 different topics (one topic per day). The goal is to help us balance the information we consume from OTHER people about what's right and how to live and what to do with what we each deeply, truly, uniquely believe about the subject at hand. Remember, CLARITY is one of the foundational tenants of Life Leadership, and has clarity-inducing-exercise written all OVER it!

Thanks go out to Kris Carr (cancer and wellness warrior of CrazySexyCancer fame) for a very thought provoking video blog about how to check your stress at the door by using your younger self as inspiration. Sound weird? It's not! WATCH HERE.
CHOICE:
Wishing You Perspective
There's something so healing about perspective and about embracing the duality of all we experience in this life. E.g., without having been off track, we wouldn't know what it feels like to be on track. Without having felt powerless, we wouldn't know what power-full feels like. Without feeling lost, we wouldn't know the moment of joy when we recognize ourselves in the mirror and in our lives once again. In the spirit of that duality, I invite you to take one minute and forty seconds to watch this video by Bob Perks called, "I Wish You Enough." It's not "enough" in the sense of selling yourself short out of guilt, or compromising. You'll see what I mean. Enjoy the perspective!
