I know, it's been a while since I last wrote. But it's not every day you get a chance to get hold of the mind of a legendary strength coach like Dan John for free.
 
Right now--today only--Amazon is giving away Dan John's book, Never Let Go in Kindle edition (sorry, the physical book is not free).
 
And don't be discouraged if you don't have a Kindle yet -- you can read any Kindle book on your PC or smartphone. You just have to get the right apps (and they're free, too).

I haven't read the book--I literally just grabbed it off Amazon. But I'm sure it'll rock like everything else Dan does.

If you're anything like me, you get bored with your workouts, quick.
 
I know I do. That's the primary reason that I never do the same workout twice in a row. Heck, I probably don't do the same workout 2x in a month.
 
Seriously.
 
Changing up your workout routine goes a long way to sustaining the muscle-building momentum you have achieved. Once that muscle train slows down, however, it's very hard to get it moving again.

You see, it not only works GREAT for the so-called hardgainer (that IS who it was made for, after all), but it also works when you've worked yourself into a rut, or you're overtrained, or you're just downright at a muscle-building stoppage.
 
It's somewhat high-intensity. But the real key is the low volume. If you're not gaining the way you'd like, give it a try.

While it was designed--from my own personal experience--with hardgainers in mind, it will work for you to stimulate muscle growth, even if you're not a hardgainer.
 
(By the way, there is a lot of debate whether hardgainers even exist. Let's just agree that everybody--for differing lengths of time--experiences hardgainer symptoms.)
