I know, I normally take questions rather than ask them here at Muscle-Build.com. But today I wanted to ask you a quick question -
First, a little bit of background. We've talked about the 3 Pillars before (train right, eat right, rest/recover right). You'd think resting would be easy. But not quite. For some of us, it's our downfall.
Especially for those of us in a training rut or at a standstill as far as progress goes. Sometimes, we just don't give the body and mind enough time for rest and recovery.
If you have a difficult time sitting still, peacefully relaxing, or sleeping, you ought to ask my friend a question. I knew her in the corporate world. She left a few years ago to pursue her passion: Living life to its fullest.
How does she do this? She meditates. She also teaches others how to meditate, relax, and still grab the bull by the horns.
If you're not making any progress with your training, you really should talk to Margaret.
I'm trying to get her to guest post for me at the blog.
What question(s) would you want to ask her?
