For the month of May, I am turning over all the AdSense revenue I earn through the Muscle-Build.com Blog to my good friend, Phil Stevens, who runs the Lift4Hope.org special event - it's a combo strongman and powerlifting competition whose proceeds go to a worthy cause.

 

This year, he's giving the money to US Olympic hopefuls in weightlifting. The proceeds will help them in their training.
