I wanted to share with you some of the articles and pages I've recently published. They're chock full of muscle-building facts. You don't want to miss these - 
  • This is a good training program to put in place if you want to make MASSIVE gains in size - Breathing Squats
  • Try the Gallon of Milk a Day program if you want to supercharge your mass gains (try it with the Breathing Squats)
  • This one is a killer, but it will build leg and core strength faster than almost anything else - One-Legged Squats
  • To put a pretty bow on all of the above, try Creatine Cycling. This is simply the BEST thing you can do to ramp up your size AND strength gains
If you just did the 4 things above, you'd be better off than 90 percent of the bodybuilders, weight trainers, and other athletes where strength, size, agility, and / or speed matter (and what sport doesn't rely on at least one of these?) - try them and tell me how you do.
