If you're anything like me, you get bored with your workouts, quick.
I know I do. That's the primary reason that I never do the same workout twice in a row. Heck, I probably don't do the same workout 2x in a month.
Seriously.
Changing up your workout routine goes a long way to sustaining the muscle-building momentum you have achieved. Once that muscle train slows down, however, it's very hard to get it moving again.
