Most of you that have known us for years know that we have been in marketplace evangelism, serving as Chaplains, for over 28 years. New Life Network, Inc. was birthed in 1990 in Jacksonville, FL. John B. (Brig) Hart was our founder and President and he still is. It has been a true adventure working with Brig & Lita Hart over the last 28 years and seeing tens of thousands of people come to the Lord. The anointing on this man is remarkable and it has been an honor serving alongside him.

Brig was a long-haired, dope smoking, hippie surfer when he got saved but when he got saved he got radically saved. He was the least likely person ever for God to use to reach thousands of people for Jesus, but he did just that over the next 35 years. God is good at choosing and using the least likely!!!

In the process of ministering to a lot of people, Brig made a lot of money in the multi-level marketing world. He actually calls it relational marketing because to him (and to us) it's all about the people.

Many people in the regular work-a-day world still have some unfavorable impressions of multi-level marketing companies. I know we did, before we started working with Brig. But huge successes by multi-level companies like Avon, Amway, Mary Kay, Tupperware, Herbalife, etc. have quieted some of those critics and the multi-level marketing concept has come to be one of the most successful marketing plans ever.

It comes down to this for us. Our job as ministers is to reach as many people as possible for the Lord. Money is not our primary goal. The Bible tells us to seek first the Kingdom of God and all these other things will be added to us. Money is nice, and I have no problem with people prospering, but that is not our main goal as evangelists. We want to see people’s lives changed for the better. We want to see them saved and set free and the multi-level marketing arena has allowed us to see thousands of people come to the Lord and that is a very good thing.

Did you know people will come to a multi-level marketing event to learn how to make money that would never enter the doors of a church? That’s a fact!!! We have seen it over and over again. You may think that’s a negative but in actuality it’s a positive because these people do not come to our voluntary Sunday church services filled with religion. When a non-churchgoing person from the world hears the Gospel (Good News), and is not hindered by religion, they respond with great enthusiasm. It really is Good News to them!! It’s not like you are preaching to the choir and that is what Jesus meant when He told us to go into all the world. Jesus came to save the lost and the lost are out in the world. Jesus did not come to preach to a choir.

Effective August 10, 2018, we are pushing out to sea once more and we are getting ready to cast our nets. Brig has decided to hitch our boat with a company called “PURE” and we will be with him every step of the way to minister to and love the people that are drawn to this organization.
