This new Aquamax pump has all features of the Aquamax range but thanks to it's low voltage power it can be used directly IN swim ponds and bathing ponds.

CLEARPOND GROWER PROFESSIONAL FISH FOOD!
Clearpond has always stocked the 5kg bags of Pond Stix and Gro Mix but now we are pleased to offer these premium fish foods in 3, 5 and 10 litre tubs.
The Pond Stix fish food is a 23% protein 4mm stick while the Gro Mix fish food is a 33% protein 3mm pellet with both containing vitamin A, D3, E and C.
As both foods float it ensures fish cannot be overfeed as uneaten food can be easily seen and removed quickly, you can also train your fish to be hand fed!
The Colour Gro Mix food contains paprika pigments to maintain natural colouring without colouring white scalesand it is enriched with natural spirulina for improved fish health, well being and appearance.
Both foods are ideal for goldfish, koi and other pond fish.

The Oase Pondovac 4 is a convenient way to vacuum unsightly silt and sludge from the bottom of your pond. Thanks to the patented twin chamber system, it is possible to vacuum continuously without interruption. 4 useful nozzles are provided to clean into every corner of the pond. A powerful 1700 watt motor allows even deep water to be cleaned successfully with a maximum suction depth of 2.4 metres.
Normally, waste water is simply discharged onto the garden and is an excellent organic fertiliser, especially good on flower beds. If removing larger particles from the pond, use the mesh bag to catch the particles and recycle the water. The Pondovac 4 is also excellent for removing residual silt from the bottom of filter systems.
The Pondovac 4 is guaranteed up to 3 years.
As the weather begins to get warmer as summer approaches you may notice your fish begin to swim around a lot more and chase each other, this is how goldfish and koi breed!
Male fish will begin to pursue the females around the pond and eggs will be laid and fertilised on pond weeds and generally scattered around the pond.
Goldfish males develop small white lumps on their gills and head, these are called "breeding tubercles" and only appear during breeding season, koi, however, can be sexed all year round by their finnage, males have pointier pectoral fins, while a females pectoral fins are more rounded. Butterfly koi are a bit more difficult to sex due to their long fins on both males and females!
