For March 2, 2013
Hi,

March is here! Hopefully it will be an easy stroll into a glorious Spring.

"With rushing winds and gloomy skies The dark and stubborn Winter dies: Far-off, unseen, Spring faintly cries, Bidding her earliest child arise; March!" - Bayard Taylor

Today's Google+ tip is something I stumbled upon recently.

Google+ as a CRM Lite

Did you know that along with Circles, there's a way to follow up and build your network with G+?

We're not talking SalesForce  here, but a basic way to "keep track of your contacts".

At the bottom of every "about" Tab  (Profile & Brand Page alike), there's a place to fill out more information about the owner of that Profile?

Note: You can only see this as your personal Profile account, not as your Brand Page.

The field is only visible to you.

So let's say you just met me on a Hangout and want to put me in a "Consultants to Consider" circle. (Just sayin' :-)

You can connect with me on any of the links that I've included on my page PLUS  fill in more contact details by expanding this window.

Once you've circled a few promising people and interacted with them through Hang Outs and post comments, you can create a "prospect circle".

This way they're easily tracked and the more engagement the higher they move in your circle "funnel".
You can insert notes or paste their comments on their Profile page for referral.

Remember: Only you can see these notes. It's not visible to the owner of the profile.

Do you think you would use this?

Thanks so much,  for taking the time to read this.
