A Time to reflect
At this time of the year we often reflect on just what we have achieved over the last year. In this fast paced world it never ceases to amaze me just how much we try and cram in to 12 months!!

With the advent of so much new technology that was meant to make our lives easier and to create all this supposed free time, we seem to be busier than ever. But are we busy doing the things we really need to do? When so many people and organisations are involved in partnering we can very easily create a massive list of activities - can I encourage you all over this Xmas and New Year break to reflect on how you can simplify your partnering and focus on the areas where you can really make an impact!

Merry Christmas and  Happy New Year
