Destiny, choices & a higher purpose?
 
 
 
A few things I believe about life, by Tanya Regan
    1. We all have a higher purpose, each and every one of us.  And, we all have the ability to tap into higher intelligence to help us with our purpose.
    2. We all have the choice to fulfil our higher purpose.  This means yes, we do have a glorious destiny, but this does not happen by chance, it happens by consciously choosing it.
    3. When you consciously decide to pursue your higher purpose, assistance will come to you - all the magic in the Universe!
    4. Your higher purpose will feel good to you and it will benefit others, always.  
    5. Even though you have all the assistance of the Universe (I call this angels and guides) following your higher purpose is not an easy path to take because our ego and human conditioning want to take control.
    6. Love + Light = Healing
  • If you are not sure how to help a situation, then send it love and light.  This may sound like a very "hippy" concept and your brain may try to persuade you that it "knows it all" but it is actually your heart that holds the power, your heart.  So get the brain out of the way and power up your heart.

 

 

Ways to power up your heart
    • Sit quietly and imagine a light around your heart.  With your mind make the light bigger and stronger.
    • Chant the word LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.
    • Sing along to a happy song.
    • Dance like you're a pop star.
    • Open your arms and say - "I am open and receptive to joy."
    • Do the things that make you heart sing, whatever those things may be?
