Clay Time with Friends
There's something wonderful about meeting a "friend" from the polymer clay world! The above pictures
is the illustrious Ginger Davis Allman of The Blue Bottle Tree. I had the opportunity to collaborate and work side by side with her for several days.
If you have the opportunity to clay one-on-one with someone from the online clay community, be sure to take it. We talked about our families, lives, clay, business and so much more. But the
most important was that we could ask each other "Hey what do you think of this?!" As someone who works alone in my studio day after day, I must say that this was such a treat. Many clay artists will gladly welcome you into their studios to clay alongside them (some charge a fee to do so). If this opportunity comes up for you ... SNAG IT!
