 Note From Cecilia
Welcome to the inaugural issue of Power in Action! I have designed this ezine specifically to enable more people to achieve the business and personal success they desire.

Given the current economic environment, there are few people who have not been negatively impacted in the past year and even fewer who have not paused to rethink the current path they are on for realizing their dreams.

This month's issue is focused on personal productivity because we all have an increasingly large load to carry - managing our current jobs/running our current businesses, maintaining a healthy family life and personal relationships, taking care of our health, and navigating our way to survival through and thriving after this global financial crisis.

There is much advice being given that, if taken, could cause you to go in many directions.  This leads not to success but increased stress.

Having a personal mission statement, as is discussed in the article below, is a critical navigation tool. Mine is:
To help people realize their potential to change the world and to equip them to do so
That's what this ezine is about.  That's what the InPower coaching system is about.  And that's what Power Circles are about.

Special Offer! - Discount on Power Circle

Establishing and maintaining a path towards success is difficult to do alone. Coaching is a great way to maintain focus and accelerate results.  Group coaching provides the added benefit of peer learning and accountability.

On March 24th, I am starting the next Power Circle, a group of only 10 people who will commit to working with me and each other over the next twelve months to set and achieve goals that will lead to professional and personal success.

Given the challenging financial time, I am providing a discount of over 30% for the March program only.

Registration must be completed before March 18th to qualify for the discount.

Have a powerful day!

Increasing Your Personal Productivity
Moving from Busy-ness to Effectiveness

Entrepreneurs, and those with the entrepreneurial spirit, are ever searching for ways to accomplish more, explore new opportunities, and expand the profitability of existing ones.

Given these varied interest and the host of activities that go along with them, "busy" is a common response to the question, "How are you doing?"  Many entrepreneurs struggle, however, with ensuring their busy-ness is effective in moving them towards their goals.

Often it seems we're so busy putting out daily fires that we don't ever get to accomplish anything of real significance--those things that would be the best for or businesses and make us happiest in the long run. Our work and our lives become things to "get through" instead of a exciting paths to greater fulfillment and prosperity.

The efficiency of technology only increases the pressure we feel to do even more than ever before. All of it leaves us feeling too busy, robbed of a sense of accomplishment, and not capable of having the level of impact we know we are capable of having. So what can we do to increase personal productivity? Below are some approaches that can equip you to get more done in less time--and do what you really want to be doing.
Forward-The-Action
Forwarding the action is a coaching term that means gaining a commitment from the client to take an action in the short-term to make immediate use of newly gained information and to increase the probability of success.

To forward the action from what you learned in the feature article, answer the following coaching questions and DO the call-to-action.
