Lawrence Krauss is a NY Times bestselling author, professor, world-class cosmologist, and outspoken atheist. He has been a major celebrity in the skeptic community but controversy struck last year when he faced multiple allegations of sexual harassment.1 Krauss has consistently denied the accusations but was initially banned from his university and before taking early retirement.
Krauss's attacks on religion are both popular and challenging. His 2013 work, A Universe from Nothing, is an entire book attempting to refute an argument for the existence of God known as the Kalam Cosmological Argument popularized by Christian apologist William Lane Craig. Krauss has been a featured speaker in major atheist events such as Skepticon and the Reason Rally. His fame as a speaker, writer, and public debater has helped spread his opinions throughout our culture. This Profile may help you better answer some of his arguments against Christianity you may encounter. Download your 4-page Profile here: Lawrence Krauss Profile.
