We have just had the owner of
la228 in our office, he was expecting to close on the sale of the property this week, however the potential buyer pulled out after putting down a deposit.
This means that the property is still for sale, as a result it has been reduced now to an almost unbelievable US$30,000.00 - that price does not only include the lot (and the cistern already built there) but also a newly reformed Dominican Corporation.
The documents are held at Guzman Ariza (largest law firm in the DR) office in Sosua.
It is true that the property was appraised by the appraiser from Banco Popular for RD$5,000,000 (US$135,000.00)
Start the year on a high note and make a deal in 2012 with land prices from 1912.
This deal will not last long, and also other agents now have the listing also.
