IMPORTANT NEWS - PLEASE READ...

I did say that 2018 was going to bring some changes, and I'm afraid this one's a biggie.
After much soul searching, I am really sorry to have to tell you that we have come to the sad decision
that we need to close down our Quilt Block of the Month Club, as it is now.
We've had a great run for quite some years, but website issues dating from the end of 2017 and ongoing
hosting problems have meant that we cannot continue to support this Quilt Club as we would like, and
we would rather stop it nicely now, than have it all come crashing down in a matter of months.
What does this mean for you?
The good news is, although this website is going, this doesn't have to affect your membership at all!
We just need to juggle a few things around instead.
* The main point to note, is that once the website is gone, you will no longer be able to login to the
Members' Area to download the quilt blocks you have already received. Please, please, PLEASE
make sure you have downloaded and saved your quilt blocks to your computer, so you can access
them whenever you like. Please Download what you need to before Friday 26th January.
* Secondly, please email me ([email protected] ) and let me know if you are part-way
through receiving and downloading any quilts (and which month you have just received), and I can
email you the remainder of the blocks separately, each month in turn.
* The Bag Making Patterns Club has also been affected in the same way, and although there will be no
new bag patterns for a while, I will continue to send you a pattern every two (2) weeks, from a selection
of our Members' Favourites.
* Your complimentary upgrade to our Premium Online Quilt Magazine will remain unchanged - I will
still email it to you each month as I have been doing now.
* Moving forward, we have been working on an exciting New Quilt Pattern website for a while now, and
it is (finally) really close to being launched. We currently have something like 25 new BOM quilt patterns
to write up, and as they would have been added to the QBOTMC for you to download as well, I will
automatically send you the patterns for each of these new quilts (block by block) when they are released.
There will be no separate charge as it is all included in your monthly membership.
* Our weekly newsletters will still continue for a while longer too. We have a blog coming that is attached
to the new website, and once it's launched, you will be able to catch up there with our news, patterns,
blocks and hints and tips (and full colour photos too!!)
2018 is turning out to be the Year of Change, and we hope you will continue to share these changes with us,
as we move forward on a bigger and better quilting adventure together!
