Excuse the language but I am just tired of people doing this...
 
There are so many people jumping around from company to company 
and you see a lot of that happening on the Internet these days.
This is not nearly as common when people are building locally
offline because  there is so much more loyalty there.
 
F*#*, I love the Internet but sometimes this is getting out of hand!
 
Here's the thing...I've been working hand in hand with some other
top marketers in a company called Numis Network for the past 6
months and it has bee a blast....suddenly in the last few days a
few of the key players decided to up and leave the company and
invited everyone to come along with them.  This is all part of the
game but I am sad to see some  people go because I am used to being
a TEAM with them....

Personally I have really only marketed 2 companies products
ever...one is a nutrition and fat burning system that changed my
life and I still to this day share it and get a paycheck for
it...the other one is marketing gold and silver assets because it
made way too much sense...other than that
I watch hundreds of companies pass by and never take a look,....
 
Why? because this is long term business...not a "get-rich-quick
scheme-and-then-up-and-leave-for the next best thing" business 
 
At the end of the day I respect everyone's individual decisions
because everyone has to do what is best for them but it still sucks
to see people go...man it sucks
 
So what is fueling this jump?  That's where the TRUTH is about to
come out...there has been an debate going on regarding online vs
offline marketing for the past several years and it's LAME..
 
People want to do MLM 100% Internet and then when they don't make
money they don't have duplication they start looking around.,..
 

You would NOT BELIEVE the amount of debate and energy that goes on 
behind the scenes of Internet marketing where people are trying to
figure out the magic formula that will actually work online...
 
If you really knew the TRUTH you would most likely say, "screw it"
and  just stick to simple offline techniques...I'm not even kidding!
 
you see network marketing has always worked and will always work
offline but no one has EVER, to this date created millions of
dollars in network marketing purely on the Internet....it just has
NOT BEEN done...
 
Honestly, I don't think it ever will be done. 
 
The people who figure out how to leverage the Internet to generate
leads but  teach their teams to do the traditional PROVEN methods
of offline marketing and SIMPLE online marketing on FaceBook will
have the most duplication  and the biggest teams...
 
So many people want their cake and eat it too...they want to be
100% Internet yet they want to build MLM....it's not going to
happen folks!!!
 
The people making millions of dollars online are doing it with
affiliate marketing  and selling their own trainings. If that's
what you want to be is an Internet Marketer
then don't confuse that with being a successful "network marketer"
TWO  DIFFERENT THINGS ALL TOGETHER!!!
 
If you want to be successful in network marketing you will have to
do the offline  stuff and teach your team to do the same...it's NOT
ROCKET SCIENCE!

 It's simple, you have do build your business in a way that is
duplicatable for the  masses or you will not have a growing
downline...period.
 
If you think you can keep chasing another company and that will
solve the issue of duplication you are wrong...
 
It comes down to how you building and you might have to make some
major  adjustments to get your team duplicating but you can do
it....
 
You just have to decide what you want and learn from someone who is
getting the results you want...
 
Pretty simple 
 
I personally have a plan and an approach that I am implementing
moving forward and I will share more with you down the line...for
now I
want to spread the word and wake you up to the reality that the
Internet is
not a all peachy keen when it comes to duplication in your team it
can
down right SUCK if you aren't doing offline too....
 
It;s best you face this reality sooner then later to save yourself
the shock  and disappointment when you jump into your 15th company
and then 
realize it has everything to do with how you are building....
