For the last week or so I've been in Cabarete Dominican Republic thanks to this awesome trip that I won.

If you are wondering how I won it you're welcome to ask me about that sometime - it's a bit of a story..

While I'm here relaxing a sharpening my kitesurf skills the inspiration from recent health research prompted me to make this video from the beach:
