Wow, what a season we've been having lately. My thoughts and prayers go out to people and animals who have been suffering through the harsh hurricanes and other earthly events.

It's been a little while that I've been quiet over here just getting through the smokey air has been challenging on the lungs here on the west coast as we finished our summer!

The air is clear now and as 'they' say going through challenges (especially relating to health for me) and getting out of your comfort zone always tends to build a stronger person and I feel I've continued to learn a lot to continue sharing healthful info with you.

Anyway, a lot has been happening around here including lots of great new posts on our newest website www.KnowingTheTruth.com

We post a lot over there but we're still really just in a bit of a pre-launch phase with lots of plans for developing the website and going even deeper in the healthful truth content that I'll be sharing over there.

Speaking of which there's an annual online health event all about truth in health which was so awesome last year that I'll be discussing it a bunch as it gets closer.
