lunar eclipse from the Oregon coast

Published: Tue, 09/29/15

Hi

This weekend on the Oregon coast was stunning. Interesting that it took a broken car to force me to wait for the lunar eclipse! Worth it though I think...

Once I finally got back and catching up something came up on the phone with a dear subscriber. In this video (  http://bitly.com/fall-update ) I mentioned something about the rather forward thinking laws on Cannabis that have been changing in Oregon. My subscriber was in a place not yet so friendly to it but changing. I felt the suffering of his daughter through the phone line.

We've have come a long way with realizing that each and every person regulates many body functions through production of endogenous cannabinoids - the science is there but there's still a long way to go with the laws.

Remember though we have 16 years of legal medical cannabis use in Oregon where cancer patients have been able to get documented benefit to relieve pain and suffering. Specific varieties have even been discovered to 'turn on' hunger. These and other characteristics are now researched by cannabis breeders and results are even being studied scientifically. Unfortunately much of this research still must be carried out away from US soil.

But you can change that - that is we all can. Like we did in Oregon you can continue changing these laws where you are. Cancer cures can be called a myth and written off but it's very difficult to ignore a 2 year old suffering from routine, life threatening seizures every day of their life. And the ease of suffering in cancer is well documented.

At this point we don't know exactly why some children with Dravet's syndrome respond so well to CBD medicines and some not so well. At least we seem to be entering into a time where many of our states laws are being rewritten to allow this effective natural remedy to be used like other herbal remedies.

Anyway, here's that video from a few days ago:
