healthy habits for 2019

Published: Sat, 01/05/19

Hi

Now that most of the messages about new years resolutions have passed what about forgetting about "new year's resolutions" and doing something that really sticks and makes even more impact for you?

So happy new year! Making 2019 a productive year can be as simple as installing some new healthy habits into your life.

If you have some health goals that you'd like to achieve this year I'd be grateful to help get you past any hurdles that may be slowing you down.

My experience has been that some of it can be in the simple habits that you create in your daily life.

Habits can be destructive (like smoking cigarettes, eating fast food, etc.) but you can also create healthy habits that once integrated can continue to help you feel better and better everyday!

For example, a couple years ago I finally got some dental work done which we needed very much. When starting this process, as any good dentist and hygienist would recommend, I was encouraged to floss my teeth daily and upgrade my tooth brushing method. Sadly I hadn't been in the habit of flossing me teeth daily and was actually brushing my teeth in a way that was not ideal. I did take the easy way and purchased a sonic toothbrush but I also installed a healthy habit of flossing every night. Since then my teeth and mouth hygiene are vastly improved!

This has improved my gums and teeth and likely much more. Teeth are so much more important than most people realize for the health of every single organ.

Any doctor worth the fees they charge will take note of things going on in your teeth and recommend attention there if there are issues. After all each tooth is a meridian point which is an energy pathway to a specific organ or organ system. If something is out of balance in your mouth it's very common to see that imbalance also in the corresponding organ system.

So whether it's something in your mouth (could be simply better hygiene from more consistent attention), your meal plan, or your physical activity; what is your plan to create some new healthy habits for 2019?

After all, most new years resolutions fail. So why not instead install a new healthy habit for 2019?

Best of Health,
Joshua Parker

BTW - If 2019 is the year that you'd like to work on healthy habits that involve movement and exercise, possibly to break through some previous roadblocks you may have with fitness...

I have one of the latest Earth Pulse unit which is a nicely discounted demo (used just a few times with full warranty) right now. It's the PEMF system that's the most affordable and one of the easiest to use. I don't expect it to be around long but just hit reply on this message and ask me about it.

Here are some important links I've shared recently:
