Been enjoying this process since I keep running into such awesome quotes!

The unfortunate topic of cancer is hard to avoid in these times and this understanding is so crucial to avoid getting duped by doctors out of the loop.

So here's today's quote:

"Although they are often demonized for the negative effects they can have in the bod y, fre e radicals have a positive role in human physiology in a number of ways.

"They take part in regulating apoptosis, the process by which cells undergo self-destruction (suicide). While it may seem puzzling at first as to why cellular suicide should be looked upon as a favorable event, apoptosis is a critical and necessary cellular function.

"The term apoptosis was first ascribed to Hippocrates and initially taken to mean "the falling off of the leaves." But it was not until a publication in the British Journal of Cancer in 1972 by Alastair R Currie that the term gained traction in the scientific community. Therafter, researchers used the word to describe the process by which cells are intentionally eliminated.

"Without apoptosis, for example, we wouldn't have individual fingers, for it's this very process by which our digits can take shape from the limb buds during our embryological development, thus allowing our hands to form from what initially appear as mittens.

"Apoptosis is critically important, as it allows our bod y to rid itself of the multitude of cancer cells that appear spontaneously within us. Each day ten billion cells are terminated to make way for newer, healthier cells. And fre e radicals created by mitochondia during the process of energy production play a key role in this process."

If you've ever heard of Ozone Therapy or other "oxidative" therapies now you know why they work so well.

You'll learn this caliber of info on this live event which is starting right now.

Today I quoted David Perlmutter, MD from his 2015 book "Brain Maker, The Power of Gut Microbes to Heal and Protect Your Brain - for Life". It's an excellent book which you can find on amazon or wherever you like to get books.

I hope you read the book - this quote doesn't even scratch the surface of the useful info Dr Perlmutter has shared in this book!

Warmly,
Joshua

Seeing this email late? Not to worry there's 2 more full days of this live event where you'll learn what the best alternative cancer docs are using for best results
