[new article] a trick to boost your athletic performance even walking

Published: Sat, 07/01/17

Hi

PEMF is one of those topics that gets misunderstood quite a bit when you're new to it.

I mean you hear about emf's and radiation from mobile phones being potentially harmful then these "other" frequencies are actually supposed to be healing, right?

And interestingly that's pretty much how it is ~ and it's quite a complex field! (no more bad puns I promise)

Well I've been writing quite a bit on this topic lately including this post on PEMF and it's proven efficacy in athletic endurance.

Here's the post on FB

If you're not into the FB thing you can just follow right through to my full article.

There's more to come on this topic since it's so useful to anyone open minded enough to try it.

The next article I'll be posting soon is about PEMF and pain management. Keep an eye out for that soon.

Hope you've been having a great start to your summer and at least getting some of the most fundamental PEMF by walking barefoot on the earth! It's one of the great ways of taking advantage of nature to ground out your stress.

Best of Health,
Joshua

Maybe this will help you celebrate better independence?

I can confidently say that it's unlikely I'd be able to do the kiteboarding and other fun athletic stuff that I do these days if I hadn't been using this type of technology consistently for the last two decades.

Wishing you the best!
