new video for a question I get asked a lot..

Published: Fri, 02/17/17

Hi

Yeah - it's what if I was diagnosed with cancer - what would I do?

Not the kind of question we want to ask but for real. Because even if it's not the question we want to ask it's still a pretty good question. On a subject which I've dug into research on alternatives for 20 years.

So that's why I made this video

At the end of the video you'll see me introduce a webinar that I'm doing a week from today.

It's on the subject of making the right choice of fats for the ultimate performance and longevity.

Having enough and the right types of fats in your diet is crucial for proper health. This is why I'm so excited to share this information with you.

It's Friday Feb 24th at 5pm Pacific (GMT-8)

At the end of this video you'll see me explain the webinar outline.

Best of Health,

Joshua
