Hope you are having a nice start to your week. Things sure have been tropical here in Cabarete Dominican Republic where I've managed to escape for an adventure.

However during this time I've also been able to put the finishing touches on an awesome project. 

It's a report which concentrates the most cutting edge health research that I've learned in the last 18 years.

A lot of this stuff is even missed or glossed over by health professionals on a daily basis - thus leading to poor advice.
