Roaming RV News -  March 2017
Hi, -- We said goodbye to White Rock and are now back in Kamloops with false expectations that winter was almost over.  Not so!  Our first two nights here our water froze even though we had a heat tape on the hose.  Found out the sensor did not work properly because of a plastic water tap ( won't get into too much detail) and after a lot of discussion we purchased a heated hose which is working just dandy.

We bought the heated hose at Home Hardware for half the cost it would have been at a local RV dealership.  ###%#!#.  Frustrating that just because it's for an RV prices are raised - it wouldn't be so bad if it was just by 10% but 100%  is not acceptable.

That's my rant for this week!.  Many of you are still in the southern parts of the US so I recommend you don't hurry back.  Winter is still here with no signs of lessening.  It snowed in Vancouver yesterday of all things since blossoms should be out soon.
