Hello Friends,  

The leaves are changing, the air is crisp and cool, cuddling up in the blankets feels so good--Fall is here! I love the colors, the smells, processing apples and gooseberries, going on hikes in the mountains surrounded by natures colors and landscapes, it is an incredible life. Take a moment to enjoy the world around you, feel the vibrations and notice the sensations in your own body, expand the pleasure and see what happens. I get tingles just thinking about it. 

Tonight, September 30th, let's celebrate the New Moon with a fire. This second New Moon of September is called a Black Moon and is considered "ultra feminine".
"...this Black Moon is going to deliver an extremely positive force, helping us to manifest all of our greatest dreams, wishes and desires." ~ Gostica​​​  
I have been meditating and contemplating what I want to manifest in my life and what I am willing to release to create more spaciousness to receive. It is an interesting experiment. What are you manifesting?

This month Kevin Brizendine and I are teaming up to teach the next series of The Ins and Outs of Arousal: Male Anatomy.  We have a Class on Wednesday October 5, 2016 and the Hands-On Workshop on Saturday October 8, 2016 (which is filling up quickly. get your ticket today!). Kevin and I will share our wisdom, knowledge and experience with you as we guide you on a journey into the intricacies of male arousal and how to enhance, elongate and bask in the delights of this yummy energy. Join us as be combine Tantra and Somatic Sex education for a juicy mix of education, sacred sexuality... and fun!
Kevin and I also offer private sessions, connect with us and we will share more about these potent sessions and how they can be of benefit to you. 

I am excited to introduce my friend Susan Grace Branch, she will be joining us in March 2017 in Reno to bring the powerful workshop, Introduction to Using Neuro-Linguistic Programming in Your Life. 
I met Susan in Bali, we instantly connected and knew we would be co-creating workshops in the future. The future is here, I am honored and blessed to host Susan for this incredible workshop. 

What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)?
NLP is an evolving body of information based on human and organizational patterns of behavior and organization consisting of an epistemology (system of knowledge and values), a methodology (processes and procedures for applying knowledge and values) and a technology (tools to aid in the application of knowledge and values). It is a model of accelerated learning that can be used to develop choice in the quality of one’s experience and behavior. 
 
The “neuro” component refers to the nervous system, the senses, the body, how we experience the world, relationships and experiences.
 
The “linguistic” component refers to the descriptions that we make of our experience. Language focuses our attention in specific ways and through it we create a description of our world and experiences.
 
The “programming” refers to the way we put together our experiences and how we habitually or otherwise express them.
 
This introduction will focus on helping you become more aware of these aspects of your inner and outer world. You will also learn tools to help you understand how you create your experience of reality and give you tools to edit, to have choice about your inner and outer experiences.
