Happy Thanksgiving!
Spend Some Time Outside

It's such a lovely time of year.

The changing of the seasons and the falling leaves. The animals scurrying around preparing for winter. 

Spend some time outside... the cool breeze and the rolling hills and large billowing clouds.

Take a walk or go for a drive. You could decide just to have tea outside. 

Enjoy this time of year and ponder how amazing Nature is.

What does Thanksgiving mean to you?
This holiday spend sometime meditating and thinking about what it means to you (and your family).
Enjoy this day more than you have before by being completely present in the feelings of joy, love, connection and abundance.

Gratitude Exercise
  • Focus on having an attitude of gratitude.
  •  Make a list of everything you are grateful for. Look over the list. think about it. Meditate on it. Contemplate it. 
  • And make a few affirmations that reinforce your attitude of gratitude. 
  • Say the affirmations to yourself regularly until you feel it in every cell of your being. 
  • And then say it some more. 
You'll glow with the energy of abundance,
 gratitude and appreciation.


Holiday Crafts & Fun! 

Make a Wreath!
While you're crafting (and shopping and getting all of your supplies) think of everything you are thankful for. Make it a Gratitude project and love every minute of it!
Whether you hang it on the door, put it in the hallway or create a center piece, it will reinforce what you were thinking when you made it. Every time you look at it, it's a trigger to remind you of the happiness and abundance your life.
