Ali will kick-start the year with a deep dive into the foundational teachings of the Science of Mind starting with the nine key practices that we teach at the Satya Center.  Ernest Holmes, the author of The Science of Mind and Spirit and founder of our New Thought movement, offers these teachings as a faith, philosophy, and a way of life and an exploration of Truth and path to self-realization and spiritual liberation.
