How
to Stop People from Using Your Image on Facebook
Facebook has made many updates in recent months. Unfortunately, some of
these updates may threaten the privacy of personal information you may
have innocently shared on Facebook.
In
many cases, the onus is on you and you are required to actively take
steps to secure your data from third party applications and websites,
as some changes allow them to gain access to your data without you
being advised. Facebook Advertising is an example. Read more here...

with...
Yvonne Flanders of Training for Life
Question 1
What
has
been your biggest challenge in business and how did you overcome it?
Client retention- as people achieve their weight/fitness goals they
often
think "That's it" and stop training, only to revert to the same old
same old.
It is
really important for clients to understand that exercise and healthy
living are a
part of living and daily action that needs to be incorporated into
their daily life.
This is overcome with learning and motivation.
Question
2 If
you
had to start your business again from scratch, what would you
do differently?
Offer packages, I find clients
more committed to training if they have a
commitment to a time period or number of sessions.
Question
3
Who
do
you admire and why?
Michelle Obama gardening at the White House, pushups in Cape town,
talking
to young women at a comprehensive school the UK.
Michelle Obama "walks her
talk" with inspirational quotes as "don't be afraid to fail."
Question
4
It
takes
a lot of determination and dedication to succeed in business. What keeps
you motivated?
The commitment to my client's health and wellbeing, I would not let
them down.
When people choose to work with me they want the best training possible
and to
have fun. I
And...the amazing results.
Question
5
What
are
your 3 biggest success tips?
- Review and reset your goals.
- Love what you do and keep learning.
- Walk your talk.
Tell
us about Yvonne...
Do you feel like running and
jumping, just because you can?
Remember all the energy and enthusiasm you used to have?
You can have that again, start small and move, walk, walk faster, slow
jog, touch
your toes, reach for the sky, swing your arms like a windmill.
Skip down the road, moving creates energy and a "feel good" experience.
Try skipping without laughing (without the rope, the old fashioned way
that kids
do) its just not possible. Go on have a giggle. :)
