Five Minutes with...
Question 1
What
has been your biggest challenge in business and how did you overcome it?
My greatest challenge was how to make the mental transformation from
employee to business person. I had to find the courage to and step out
to face the obstacles and the fears of breaking into new territory.
Along with that was finding the right mentors and the appropriate
information to get me up to speed on developing an online delivery of
my program Quantum Thought Design.
Question 2
If you had to start your business again from
scratch, what would you do differently?
I would have started to build more online presence much sooner. As an
online business you become known if you are "out there". For example ,
being more active on face book connecting with others in my field and
on forums. As online business person you have to make the effort to
connect both live and online. Joining a local business networking group
sooner would be a way to connect with others and learn from others.
Question 3
Who do you admire and why?
I admire the online entrepreneur Sandy Forster,
who has inspired many others as well. Sandy was able to overcome the
odds against her financial position by persevering and working on her
mindset.
Question 4
If takes a lot of determination and dedication to
succeed in business. What keeps you motivated?
My motivation is always looking at the big picture: a successful
business allows me to impact on many in a positive way, give hope ,
inspire to success, and help woman overcome challenges and succeed in
their endeavours.
I look on what I offer as opening a door to a new possibility, so they
can reach their optimum life experiences. My passion is to help open
this doorway.
Question 5
What are your 3 biggest success tips?
- Have the courage to take the step, and believe
in yourself, it really is possible. If you lack knowledge, find
yourself a business/life coach. Even the most successful people still
use a coach.
- Connect, network and collaborate constantly, so
you see what is going on in your area of business, and where you find
support and motivation.
- You are the most important product of your
business; Live in balance, work and relax, both are important.
Especially focus on your mindset so you stay motivated and purposeful.
