Although still under construction, we thought we'd show how quickly a Seacove Home can be erected. This photo was taken after only TWO DAYS on site! As you can see, all flooring and roofing to the living areas has been completed.

On 1st July all Seacove Homes prices came down due to reduced material
and labour charges. The average reduction for a Landmark plan was over
$4,500 and around $6,700 for homes in the Designer series.
