If you haven't done a support group before, they're a very powerful way of deepening your understanding and use of the Sedona Method. I'll be working on group releasing exercises, and also some one-to-one work in front of the group. If you want some one-to-one assistance on the evening, remember that you don't need to share your story publicly to be able to release on the emotions it generates, but as you release what's holding you back in your life, everyone benefits from the shared energy of the release. The group is being held at The Resource Centre, 356 Holloway Road, London N7 6PA and meets from 7-8:30pm every other Thursday evening (fortnightly), starting tomorrow, Thursday, 9th September.
