A couple months ago I wrote the local affiliate marketing guide in
a newsletter.  I had an overwhelming number of responses and
questions.  Instead of responding in a case by case basis I thought
I would write a better guide.  So here is the newest Local
Affiliate Marketing Guide.  It is now over 35 pages.  I will also
continue to update this so please email me,  jeremy@shoemoney.com, 
and let me know where it needs improvement.
