Even when it seems you are lost, even when you have your doubts that things will work out, life will continue to surprise you in amazingly beautiful ways as long as you know what it is you desire. Case in point - this past weekend, I found myself in Detroit, Michigan, meeting up with a handful of other bloggers as we had the opportunity to preview their newest car design (set to launch early 2013) and take a tour of their design center (look for the post full of details and photos early this upcoming week). You may be wondering how this particular trip plays into my life goals, so let me explain.
It was the opportunity to meet amazingly talented people in a city that is unique, diverse and new to my eyes with the opportunity to preview a product that correlated with the simply luxurious premise that demonstrated to me that if you are clear about what you value, what you want to learn more about and experience, a variety of events, opportunities and people will present themselves. While they may not appear in the fashion you once expected, they do in fact appear. And that simple life truth is motivation to continue to persevere despite those moments of doubt.
